Ninth weekend

 Ninth weekend:

Paula:

On Friday we had a sleepover in Alicja’s house with her friends. We danced and finished watching ”too hot to handle” with Alicja’s sister. We danced and talked all night, and we all slept in Alicja’s room. It was so fun. The next morning, I said goodbye to some of Alicja’s friends and they were so nice. They even gifted me some chocolates. In the afternoon, Alicja’s friends, Dominika and Amaia went to the Christmas market to see the lights. They were so beautiful. We took some pictures and said goodbye to Dominika and Amaia. Then, we went to Alicja’s friend’s house and saw the mundial match with her parents. Finally, I said goodbye to other friends and they were so nice and cute. On Sunday, we went to Alicja’s grandparents’ house to celebrate her grandfather’s birthday. We ate some traditional food and talked.



Ninth weekend: 

Amaia:

On Saturday, we went to Dominika’s grandfather, and we had dinner all together. They were nice, and they had a fat cat that was sleeping all the time. When we went back to Poznan, we finally went with Paula, Alicja and their friends to the Christmas Market and it was so beautiful. We were there for almost one hour. When we finished we watching all, we went to Igor’s house and Martyna and Marysia also were there. I was very happy because I’m going to miss them a lot and they were playing a lot of spanish songs. On Sunday afternoon all the family and I went to a led lights park and it was beautiful.

Sixth week

Sixth week Dominika The Time is going so fast, only 2 weeks and we will be gone. This week I have a lot of work at my polish school so during the week I don't do anything interesting but on the weekend I go out with Ala to walk around the city and spend the Time on one street where there are all the pubs, next I go to the amaia’s friends. On Saturday I decided to go to the art museum in Vitoria, but this type of modern art it’s not my favorite so I am not the biggest fan of this museum.  Alicja This week I had a lot of things to do for my school and school here, so I didn't do anything interesting. On Friday and Saturday we met with Paula and her friends at her friend's. On Sunday we went to Bilbao with Paula and her dad. On the way we visited the town of Mundaka, where we saw the coast and the beach with lots of surfers. Then we went to visit San Juan de Gaztelugatxe. It is a beautiful island that we had to walk down to and then climb up the stairs. The return was the wors

Third week

  Dominika It was a special week because of the carnaval , on Saturday when I was going to the gym I was in shock because the whole town was preparing for the carnaval night. Since morning a lot of people were walking in the costume. All families or even old people have some special costume, here it is a national Day but I was not except this.  In the evening with Amaia and her friends we went out to the place where all the young people were spending the Time. All the group of friends have some costume like football players, princess’s , pirates , animals or police. It was like hallowen in poland but here every one was taking part in this special Day. Alicja This week it was carnival so everyone from the beginning of the week was just talking about it.  On Thursday, me and Paula went to buy our costumes.  There was a really great selection.  I was shocked because here everyone dressed up and older and younger.  On Friday we met with Paula's friends.  On Saturday afternoon, we were

First week

  First week   On Monday 31 of January we had our flight, first we traveled to Frankfurt, then we finally flew to Bilbao. When we arrived Amaia’s and Paula’s family took us to their home. It was the most stressful week because everything was new for us. On Tuesday we went to school for the first time. Every teacher and student was very kind because everyone wanted to meet us and they were asking us about a lot of things. Dominika During the first week I saw the most important place in the town. I like the city because it’s a lot of pretty buildings and restaurants. It's a very touristic place, during the weekend all the city is partying too late hour. In school we are making a lot of different projects from spanish, history and biology. On Friday evening Amaia took me to her friends and we were spending Time with them together.   Alicja   During the first week I went for a walk with Paula. She showed me the center and  the old town.
